Applicants must be living in Malta for the last 12 months and must be in possession of a Maltese social security number, together with a work permit and a clean police conduct certificate.

Joseph Borg Limited is looking to employ a mature and dependable individual as an Office Clerk.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of office and administrative-related tasks.
- Authorize sales orders from clients.
- Liaising and responding to the vendor, client and internal requests.
- Reconciliation of invoices and credit notes.
- Updating clients and supermarkets with any price changes.
- Data inputting and assisting with other duties as required by the management.
Qualities and experience:
- Adapt to clerical duties and general office administration.
- Computer proficient, especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in the software Eyesel Business Suite would be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of ISL.

- Excellent organisation skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken Maltese and English.
- A positive attitude.
- Salary is negotiable depending on experience and competence.
