Good communication skills and presentation are a must, whilst an understanding of corporate services, commercial and basic shipping knowledge would be an asset. This person will have an officer role that supports our Shipping Registration Business and Corporate Services in a sister company. Experience in corporate services and/or ship registration is preferred, candidates should be proficient in written and spoken English, a driving licence, whilst not essential is favourable.

The starting responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with our customer requirements;
- Compiling of documentation as required;
- Collation of customer due diligence documentation;
- Updating customer due diligence documentation at regular intervals;
- Maintaining customer due diligence platforms up to date at all times;
- Ensuring screening of customers is being carried out and adequately monitored and reviewed;
- Coordination and pick up of the certificates issued by or any other filing submissions due to relevant authorities;
- Compiling costs and bills and building of client service files;
- Any other tasks as may be required from time to time;
- The position is predominately office-based.
