As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in creating and implementing visual displays that elevate the shopping experience, promote the brand’s identity and boost sales.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plan and create appealing store displays, including window setups, to showcase products and promotions effectively.
- Warehouse duties shall be assigned to ensure that the Visual Merchandiser is aware of the stock received.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards align with brand guidelines and provide a cohesive customer experience across all store locations.
- Arrange products to optimize space, encourage customer interaction, and highlight bestsellers or new arrivals.
- Work closely with store managers and internal marketing teams to ensure visual merchandising efforts support sales goals and promotional activities.
- Monitor the effectiveness of visual displays through sales analysis, customer feedback, and foot traffic metrics, adjusting as necessary.
- Coordinate with stock teams to ensure displays are fully stocked and products are available for purchase.
Requirements:
- Strong creative and artistic ability, with an eye for detail and design.
- Experience in retail or visual merchandising.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in design tools and software is a plus.
