Additionally, the candidate should possess management skills to lead and coordinate the development team effectively.

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define project requirements.


• Design and develop scalable and maintainable frontend and backend solutions.


• Lead sprint planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of features.


• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and performance optimization.


• Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional growth.


• Utilize management skills to segment tasks, assign tasks to software developers, and oversee project progress.


• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

You should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).


• 5 years of experience in full-stack development.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


• Proven experience in Scrum management and planning within an agile process.


• Proficiency in React with a preference for experience in Next JS.


• Strong backend development skills with proficiency in Python.


• Familiarity with FastAPI, Flask, or any Python-based backend framework (preferably Django).

Nice to have:

• Experience in building Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).


• Familiarity with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
