As Infinite Fusion Services continues to scale to meet our project demands, we’re looking for an experienced Foreperson to work directly with the Head of Operations by being a hands-on-member of our Servicing team.
This role calls for an experienced professional in Plumbing and Electricity backed with a people-management background that will allow for accurate delegation and management of work.

The role
The Foreperson will be responsible for providing feedback to management on ongoing projects, raising queries in a timely manner and ensuring work is managed in line with project timelines. Managing a team of tradespeople, you will be:
- Assigning tasks outlined by the Head of Operations for each project to the appropriate team members.
- Ensuring clarity and understanding among team members regarding their assigned tasks.
- Liaising with team leaders to ascertain the required materials and tools for each project.
- Addressing any queries or clarifications team leaders may have regarding project requirements.
- Assessing the daily progress of ongoing projects to ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
- Monitoring the quality of workmanship to maintain high standards and address any issues promptly.
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients onsite.
- Addressing any concerns or inquiries raised by clients during the course of the project.
Who you are
This role calls for someone who holds the following.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role with significant exposure to electrical and plumbing projects.
- A positive, team-player attitude allowing for strong team synergy.
- Experience providing project-management reports to management and tackling discrepancies in a prompt fashion.
- Strong communication skills, allowing for the accurate delegation and management of tasks.
- Fluent written and spoken English is a much.
