Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• You will own the phone – using it to engage and consult customers from a database of leads.


• You will listen to customer’s goals, build trusted relationships and educate on our learning solutions.


• Track all customer interactions in a CRM system.


• Send emails with information on ICE Malta’s courses, workshops and events.


• Proactively share accurate sales forecasts and information with your team lead.


• Identify and execute strategic sales opportunities.


• Look for opportunities to improve processes and be more effective.


• Work with Marketing, Academic, Operations and Technology teams to drive business growth.


• Make customer satisfaction your priority, regardless of deal size or likelihood of closing.

Must Haves

• Competitive, energetic and fun personality.

• Ability to think on your feet, try new approaches and bounce back when things don’t go your way.


• Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence others internally and externally


• Experience in sales, recruitment or account management is a plus. No experience is fine, too.

Typical compensation of €35,000 to €40,000 (incl. uncapped commission).
