The Position - Country Sales Manager
IBB Hotel Collection is looking for an experienced Country Sales Manager for Malta. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving corporate contracts, leisure and business groups contracts and MICE for the prestigous Cugo Gran Macina Grand Harbour.

The Position - Country Sales Manager
IBB Hotel Collection is looking for an experienced Country Sales Manager for Malta. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving corporate contracts, leisure and business groups contracts and MICE for the prestigous Cugo Gran Macina Grand Harbour.
We are looking for a person who :
- Has strong knowledge of the local hospitality market
- Can analyse the local and international market trends and recommend strategies to keep the Hotel leading the market
- Can think outside the box for new innovative ideas on ways to attract new business and increase Sales through a variety of segments
- Analyse and act pro-actively to generate sales
- Conduct FAM trips and sales promotions
- Ensure the delivery of revenue to exceed targets
- Can develop and implement strategic sales targets
- Is expected to develop a close customer relationship by understanding the business and the business challenges and concerns to provide targeted sales solutions
- Proactive identification, selection and management of key accounts
Personal Attributes and requirements :
- At least 2 years experience in pro-active Sales in a Hotel
- Understanding of Hotel Operations would be considered an asset
- IT oriented
- Fluent in verbal and written English language
- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
- Has a passion for sales and the drive to reach targets
- Able to work on own initiative and under pressure
- A positive problem-solving attitude
