Hyatt Regency Malta is seeking a personable and dedicated Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and is eager to contribute to the success of our F&B outlets.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring that all guests receive the highest level of personalized service at all times, enhancing their experience in our F&B outlets.
- Addressing and resolving guest complaints effectively, escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Providing courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
- Performing opening and closing procedures as established for the specific outlet where you are rostered.
- Gaining a thorough understanding of all Food and Beverage-related services and products, enabling you to recommend combinations, upsell, and cross-sell effectively.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- A high level of grooming and personal presentation, maintaining the professional image of Hyatt Regency Malta.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or food and beverage environment.
- Familiarity with Micros or similar point-of-sale systems is a strong advantage.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
