Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.


• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.


• Provide detailed menu descriptions and recommendations.


• Ensure a clean and organized dining area.


• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery.


• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude.


• Maintain high standards of service throughout the dining experience.


• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role.


• Excellent spoken English; additional languages are a plus.


• A polite demeanor and a well-groomed appearance.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
