Food & Drinks Attendant (Thai Speaking)

Hilton Malta is recruiting Thai Speaking Food and Drink Attendants to work mainly within our Blue Elephant Royal Thai restaurant.

Tasks:

• Ensure a consistent and convincing standard of service, maintain the brand service standards and adhere to Hilton policies


• Active contribution to service and proper execution of Team Leader’s instructions


• Participate in internal meetings and training courses


• Care for guests in line with the hotel’s brand standards


• Active promotion and knowledge of in-house services offered within the hotel

Requirements:

• Outgoing, reliable and charismatic


• Flexible and hardworking, willing to assist guests in all their needs


• Excellent customer and communication skills


• Previous work experience in food and beverage coupled with a formal catering studies qualification will be considered an asset


• A good command of the English language and also Thai


• An eye for detail as well as a flair for meeting people

Training will be provided, however, candidates with previous food and drink service experience will be considered as an asset.
