Greentube is looking for a Customer Service Agent (Spanish Speaking) to start immediately at its Malta office.

Greentube is the leading full-service provider in the online gaming and entertainment market segment and a pioneer in the development and provision of state-of-the-art gaming solutions for internet and mobile devices. Greentube focuses on casino, poker, bingo and free multiplayer 3D games.

Your Tasks:

  • Respond promptly to incoming communication with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Provide technical support with common problems as cookies, browsers and updates.

  • Report customer issues to the team leader and relevant internal departments where applicable.

  • Primary assistance with payouts and deposits if necessary via email and telephone.

  • Contribute actively to the improvement of our customer experience.

  • Working with a dynamic team, for a support office open 365 days per year.

  • Support primarily on weekends and public holidays.

  • Work is scheduled on a shift basis.

  • The role may include training or meetings at our head office in Vienna.

  • High level of customer service skills and good communication skills.

  • Excellent computer skills and good knowledge of internet and mobile apps.

  • A proven team player factor with a ‘can do’ attitude.

  • Experience in iGaming, sportsbook and betting would be advantageous.


Languages:

  • Basic knowledge of English, since it is the common language within the company.

  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken Spanish (as a native speaker).

  • It would be advantageous to have good knowledge of written and spoken Italian.
