We are currently seeking an experienced Head Chef with overall responsibility for daily operations in the kitchen including managing a team of Chefs and liaising with our Restaurant Manager and Directors. The successful applicant should be hands-on.

Required for immediate employment at the Danish Village Restaurants situated at the Mellieha Holiday Centre tourist village.

Applicants should be already residing in Malta.
