Long Let Property Manager

GoBnb is looking for a motivated, organised and service-focused Long Let Property Manager to join our growing team. Experience in estate agency or property management is an advantage.

Role Overview

The Long Let Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of an assigned group of long-let properties, supporting landlords and tenants and helping maintain a high standard of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor rent collection by bank transfer, follow up promptly on overdue payments and maintain accurate payment records.

• Coordinate property registrations with estate agents and arrange viewings.

• Prepare lease agreements and register them with the Housing Authority.

• Conduct property inspections during tenancies and after tenant check-out.

• Act as a point of contact for long-let tenants, responding to queries and helping resolve issues promptly.

• Coordinate maintenance and repairs with contractors, and follow up to ensure work is completed efficiently.

  Liaise with landlords, tenants, estate agents and internal teams to support the effective management of assigned properties.

• Maintain accurate tenancy documentation and property records.

• Follow company procedures and applicable rental regulations.

Employment Details

• Position: Full-time, with flexible hours and no fixed schedule.

• Location: Remote working or office-based at our Pieta office.

• Salary: €20,000 – €24,000 per annum, plus a mobile line.

• Commission: In addition to the annual salary, commission is payable for each tenant successfully sourced by the Long Let Property Manager.
