In-House Translators (Maltese Speaking)

GTS is a leading provider of translation and language services with offices in Valletta. Established in 2004, we are a dynamic young company with an expanding Maltese and foreign client base and are currently looking to expand our team.

We are looking for graduate Maltese mother tongue translators with advanced knowledge in English to join our team of international translators.

Applicants must possess:

• University degree in Translation or Languages;


• Mother tongue knowledge of the Maltese language;


• Excellent command of the English language;


• Proven experience in translations into Maltese is considered an asset;


• Sound knowledge of other source languages (French / German / Italian / Spanish);


• A certificate in Maltese proofreading is considered an asset;


• Ability to work in a team and with tight deadlines;


• Good command of office applications and translation tools.

The selected candidate(s) will be expected to work from our offices in Valletta.

Adequate linguistic and technical training will be provided following an aptitude test.
