Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service


• Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management


• Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing guest concerns and ensuring satisfaction


• Monitor and control inventory, ordering supplies as needed


• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase revenue


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations


• Manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profit margins


• Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and professional development among staff


• Handle administrative tasks such as payroll, reporting, and record-keeping

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house


• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting


• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
