Cash-in-Transit Officers

We are currently seeking to recruit Cash in Transit Officers on full-time basis to join our team.

The Role:
Cash in Transit Officers are responsible for the transportation of cash and valuables, cash processing, secure storage and retrieval. The Cash in Transit Officer will be making use of our fleet of armoured vehicles to carry out cash deliveries and collections, and are to follow the set policies and procedures ensure the safeguarding of the valuables in our possession. Cash in Transit Officers play an important role in maintaining the cash flow of various companies; thus candidates should be pro-active and able to work efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Drive armoured vehicles and make cash collections / deliveries


• Unloading / loading of cash or valuables from the van to clients premises


• Use and maintain in good condition the provided equipment


• Maintain a professional approach with clients and establish good communication


• Follow security protocols at all times and report any irregularities


• Report any variances / issues in a timely manner to the Manager / Supervisor


• Prepare reports and documentation as required from time to time

Requirements & Competencies:

• Valid driving license;


• In possession of a valid private security guard license;


• Fluent in reading and writing in both Maltese and English languages;


• Computer literate

The chosen candidates will undergo specialised training to meet high industry standards.
