Shift Manager

Food Chain Ltd operates Burger King, Pizza Hut and KFC. In total, we have 14 stores across Malta.

A vacancy has arisen within Burger King for the post of Shift Manager.

The candidate will be responsible for:

• To ensure maximum customer satisfaction at all times;


• Ensuring the right supply of products against forecasted targets;


• To ensure that all crew members follow all company policies and standards;


• To delegate effective job tasks to crew members.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience in the catering industry;


• Have a good command of the English language, spoken and written;


• Able to work on his / her own initiative and within a team;


• Be flexible to work on a shift roster including weekend and public holidays.
