Freight Forwarding Clerk

Focal Maritime Services is a well-established shipping agency experiencing steady growth in business. Due to recent expansion, we are seeking to recruit a Freight Forwarding Clerk.

The ideal candidate would have:

• A’ level standard of education


• Knowledge of spoken and written Maltese, English and preferably also Italian


• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, internet and Email


• A disposition for customer care


• An entrepreneurial attitude to meet targets and objectives

Experience and / or knowledge of shipping and relevant documentation is an asset. The candidate will be involved in direct sales and coordinating operations both with local clients as well as with overseas shippers, to promote the service provided by the company for full loads, groupage as well as airfreight.
