We are looking for a Payments Operations Officer to join our growing team within the Operations department. The ideal candidate should have background knowledge and experience working in a financial services environment - a strong team player with good communication skills in English.

Main responsibilities:

• Processing of incoming, outgoing and internal payments


• Ongoing customer and account maintenance


• Creating customer profiles and accounts on the system


• Manning customer helpdesk and queries via phone


• Liaising with third-party correspondents

Requirements:

• Diploma / certificate in finance, management, operations or a related field will be an asset


• Fluent oral and written communication skills in English–any other language is considered an asset


• Knowledge of the fintech and payments industry is desirable


• Strong attention to detail


• Be a team player and able to meet strict deadlines
