Accountant

Join Finco Group’s Accounting and Finance team, working on a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries with a focus on financial services companies.

Your key responsibilities

• Assist the existing team in preparing management accounts and financial statements.


• Assist in clients’ monthly payroll runs.


• Liaise with clients to ensure the appropriate management of companies.


• Be proactive in ensuring that companies meet their filing deadlines.


• Liaise with auditors and banks.

Who are we looking for
While experience in the field is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The ideal candidate should be:

• Fluent in English (Maltese is an advantage).


• Currently reading for an accounting degree such as ACCA or an equivalent qualification.


• Proficient with Microsoft applications.


• Client-focused.


• Able to work on their own initiative and adhere to pre-agreed timelines.
