The Malta Foundation for Human Resources Development (FHRD) was set up to spearhead the evolution of people management and development practices as well as the human resources profession in Malta. FHRD works in partnership with its corporate members, the professional conglomerate of HR practitioners and service providers, leaders of the industry, and other key local players in the field of human resources management and development. The Foundation aims to elevate the HR Profession locally.

Main responsibilities:
- Handling the new membership project.
- Register new members on an online portal, and assist them in the process.
- Schedule online interviews with foreign examiners.
- Develop a programme of events and courses for the members.
- Liaise with law firms and HR professionals / companies regarding the coordination of legal summaries and thought leadership articles.
- Handle the members’s section on the FHRD’s website by uploading thought articles, curating articles, etc.
- Assist in the marketing of the membership scheme.
- Handling the operations of FHRD events mainly seminars, networking events, and the annual conference.
- Assist in the handling of FHRD’s social channels promoting all our offerings. You will assist in the planning, creating, uploading and scheduling posts.
- Assist in the handling of FHRD’s weekly newsletter to all databases, plus the monthly members’ update (Mailchimp).
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO from time to time.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Maltese.
- Have the ability to learn quickly and will be ready to learn on the job.
- Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft software and will be ready to learn other dedicated software that the Foundation uses for its operations.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Possess good organisational skills.
- Be highly self-motivated.
- Be able to work with a small team.
- Have a good eye for detail.
- Have a flexible approach to work.
- Have good knowledge of social media.
Hybrid work arrangement:
- After a familiarisation period, the option to work one day per week remotely will be available.
