Mission on this role is to ensure all IT Operations Controls are implemented and adequately followed throughout the Group’s IT function.

Main Responsibility

  • Adopt and maintain the change management process based on the compliance requirements;

  • Lead the daily change advisory board meeting and assess the proposed changes before production implementation;

  • Constantly monitor the compliance of the change process;

  • Identify improvements in the change process and propose them to the management;

  • Planning and coordination of all audit activities;

  • Building awareness within the organisation about the overall governance of the change process;

  • Review the Incident and Problem Management in accordance to the company defined policies;

  • Responsible for managing the technical communication related to incidents and support admins on blocker incidents;

  • Responsible to generate periodically reports on incidents tickets and identify and escalate repetitive incidents to the management;

  • Review out of office hours incidents, ensure proper monitoring is in place and propose proactive actions to prevent similar incidents.


Required Knowledge and Skills

  • Preferably a bachelor degree in IT and/or a minimum of three years’ work experience in a similar environment (e.g. audit firm, financial institution, etc.);

  • Previous experience in handling production changes, incidents and problems within an enterprise company;

  • Previous experience in NOC department will be taken into consideration;

  • Must have IT technical background;

  • Must be accurate and systematic in doing the job;

  • Must be proficient in IT related international standards, policies, methods and techniques;

  • Must be able to work independently and under limited supervision.
