Insurance Executive

Etisicura Malta is a branch of Etisicura Srl and is looking for an Insurance Executive to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and maintain good customer relationships


• Contact potential customers to inform them about our services


• Answer queries regarding our services


• Ensure all client issues are followed up on time


• Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales


• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information


• Maintain constant knowledge of the company’s services, regulations governing insurance business, and market conditions


• The ideal candidate must possess, but not be limited, to the following skills and attributes:


• A self-driven professional, dedicated and business-minded individual


• Be willing and able to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies


• Have a can-do attitude and can live up to the company’s expectations


• Possess exceptional organisational, analytical, and time-management skills


• Be well-versed with industry trends and current affairs


• Ability to comprehend, empathise, communicate with the clients over the phone


• Be confident, passionate, and willing to be of great value to our clientele

Other requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in both English and Maltese; other languages are considered as an asset


• A minimum of O' level standard of education


• Distinctive problem-solving skills and ability to improvise, adapt and overcome


• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Office suite


• Knowledge and previous experience in insurance shall be considered as an asset


• Clean driving licence

An exciting remuneration package including commission and performance-related bonuses will be offered to the selected candidate.
