We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Delivery Helper to join our team. The Delivery Helper will assist the Delivery Driver in loading, unloading and delivering goods to various locations. This role is crucial to ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Delivery Driver with loading and unloading items onto the delivery vehicle.

  • Ensure that items are properly secured for safe transport.

  • Accompany the Delivery Driver on assigned routes to deliver goods to customers.

  • Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, including handling customer inquiries.

  • Help maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the delivery vehicle.

  • Assist in navigating routes and ensuring timely deliveries.

  • Perform any other tasks as directed by the Delivery Driver or management.


Requirements:

  • Physical ability to lift heavy items.

  • Good communication and customer service skills.

  • Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
