Junior Corporate Lawyer

We are currently seeking a Junior Corporate Lawyer to strengthen our team.

Requirements:

• Law degree


• Basic understanding of Maltese company law


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English


• Keen to develop his/her experience through training, qualification and continuing professional development


• Be pro-active


• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills


• Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment


• Able to work well in a team as well as independently


• Candidate must have a driving licence and own a car

Job duties include:

• Corporate files maintenance


• Drafting and preparation of company incorporation documents including M&A documents, and company administration documents including minutes and resolutions and MBR forms


• Support in drafting standard agreements and other legal documentation
