Draughtsperson / Quantity Surveyor

Doric Studio and its landscaping branch Living Walls are seeking to engage a Draughtsperson / Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare concept schemes, detailed designs, bills of quantity and tender packages;


• Compile technical documents, project reports and visual presentations;


• Liaise with construction professionals, managing construction issues and budget negotiation;


• Organise Project Meetings with clients, contractors and other professionals;


• Site supervision and Project Management;


• Measure works and issue certificates for payments;

Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualification in Draughtsmanship / Quantity Surveying or a related field;


• 1+ years of working experience;


• Proficient in ACAD applications and Microsoft Office;


• Self-motivated and hard-working;


• Driving licence.
