Doneo Co Ltd is a leading importer of high-quality audio-video brands including Bose, Philips, Klipsch and NEC. The company works within the retail, wholesale, and custom projects fields and is composed of a tight-knit team of employees. We pride ourselves on the ‘family feeling’ within Doneo where every individual is treated with respect. We are now looking to add a Technical Support Specialist to our employee base.
We are looking for a service and support Technician to help up maintain our high level of sales service. Whilst full training will be provided the ideal candidate should be someone who has past experience in the Technical Repairs section. This could be from a different industry like air-conditioning, printing, etc. The applicant must be willing to work in a tight team environment whilst having the aptitude to learn about our products and the technologies associated with them. Previous experience in customer service and technical roles (repair or otherwise) will be considered an asset.

Responsibilities
- Technical phone support – helping customers to solve any setting or installation issues over the phone.
- To maintain updated computer-based records.
- Managing service tickets in an efficient manner with all stakeholders. Including customer and partner communications.
- Check and run software updates on products reported faulty by consumers.
- Board-level repairs on AV products.
- On-site fault finding and servicing when required.
Requirements
- Technical fault finding.
- Customer care skills.
- A high degree of organisation and attention to detail.
- Proficient in spoken and written English.
- Technical work history / industry knowledge (repair or otherwise) considered asset.
- Good industry knowledge and know-how will be an asset.
