D’Office Bistro, Valletta has an opening for a Restaurant Manager.
The successful applicant will have experience and will be able to show ability in the management of all aspects of a busy restaurant including human resources, the setting and maintaining consistent quality standards, overseeing, with the Head Chef, the catering function, establishing and monitoring the marketing position, setting targets and reporting to the Directors.
This is a “hands on” dynamic position that will be ideal for an energetic individual who is self-motivated and goal driven.
The position comes with an excellent renumeration package. In addition to a core salary there is a generous, business and performance based, supplementary bonus scheme.
