We are currently seeking a Night Manager to enhance our team at db Seabank Resort and Spa.
The Job
The Night Manager is responsible for the management of all front office operations during the night. Duties include directing and overseeing all nightly hotel operations, ensuring the satisfaction and safety of guests.
Supervising the closure of cash transactions in all hotel outlets.
Conducting the night audit process meticulously.
Coordinating with relevant departments to manage late arrival meals and early breakfast services.
Effectively addressing and resolving guest complaints.
Communicating no-shows promptly with the Reservations department.
Facilitating a thorough handover of the Night Manager’s report.
Following and adhering strictly to health and safety protocols.
Job Requirements
Previous experience in a comparable managerial role will be considered an asset.
Fluency in English and an additional European Language, preferably German, French, or Polish.
Proficiency in time management.
Familiarity with the Room Master system is advantageous; however, training will be provided.
