We are currently looking for a dedicated Technical Coordinator to join our team and oversee the technical aspects of our shopping mall construction project.
Job Role
The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating with architects, engineers, designers, contractors, and tenants to ensure that technical specifications and design requirements are accurately implemented. This role includes direct site supervision and project management to ensure optimal operational functionality and safety standards. The candidate will also ensure that all technical aspects of the project comply with legal, environmental, and health and safety regulations.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a technical coordination role, with specific experience in large-scale commercial projects.
Adaptability and flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changes and challenges.
Collaboration: Experience working effectively with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
Software proficiency: Experience with construction management software and tools (e.g., ACAD, Revit, and MS Office).
Technical knowledge: Strong knowledge of building construction, systems, and regulations.
Project management skills: Proven ability to manage and supervise projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Problem-solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
