Responsibilities
- Assist customers by answering incoming email queries.
- Providing ‘on-site live chat’ and telephone support.
Requirements
- A university degree or similar qualification.
- Have complete fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Have complete fluency in another language
- Be willing to learn and work on a 24/7 shift schedule.
Skills
- Possesses strong typing skills.
- Be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing.
- Be a great team player.
- Can multitask and work under pressure.
Previous experience in the field of customer support will be considered an asset.
