Relocation Packer / Driver

We are currently seeking a Relocation Packer / Driver to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Packing and organizing: Efficiently pack and organize household items and belongings to ensure safe transport during relocations, adhering to company standards for packing methods and materials.


• Driving: Safely operate company vehicles to transport packed items to various locations, ensuring timely delivery while complying with all road safety regulations.


• Loading and unloading: Assist in loading and unloading items at both origin and destination points, using appropriate lifting techniques and equipment to prevent damage and injury.


• Inventory management: Maintain accurate records of items packed and transported, ensuring that all belongings are accounted for and handled with care.


• Customer interaction: Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any questions or concerns regarding the moving process.


• Team collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to streamline operations and enhance the overall efficiency of the relocation process.


• Safety compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines during packing, transporting, and handling items to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience level: This entry-level position is suitable for candidates eager to start a career in relocation services; prior experience in packing or driving is a plus but not mandatory.


• Language proficiency: Proficient in English (professional working proficiency) and limited working proficiency in Maltese to facilitate communication with clients and team members.


• Physical stamina: Ability to lift heavy items and perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.


• Driving license: A valid driving license is required, and a clean driving record is preferred to ensure safe driving practices. C driving license will be an asset.


• Attention to detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure items are packed securely and transported without damage.


• Problem-solving skills: Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing circumstances during the relocation process, ensuring a smooth experience for clients.


• Team player: A collaborative attitude, demonstrating the ability to work well with others while contributing positively to team dynamics.
