We are looking for a motivated, professional, and creative individual, who is passionate about travelling, to join our formidable team at Compass Travel.

What will you be doing?

• Advising clients about suitable travel options in accordance with their needs, wants and capabilities.


• Designing and organising outstanding experiences tailored to the customers’ expectations.


• Coordinating and devising luxury travel, family holiday trips and business travel.


• Communicating with prospective clients through various channels including online collaboration, email, telephone enquiries and face-to-face meetings.


• Offering cutting-edge customer service.

The prospective candidate shall be

• A confident team player with a positive and proactive attitude, having the drive to succeed.


• Able to work on own initiative and possess a can-do attitude.


• An excellent communicator and have outstanding organisational skills.


• Conversant with Microsoft Office applications and have a good verbal and written command of both English and Maltese.


• In possession of a first degree or diploma in tourism studies or equivalent.
