Sales Support Agent

At CMA CGM Malta Agency Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support Agent to join our dynamic sales team. You will be working in an environment where teamwork is a key word, within an open and honest working atmosphere. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales executives and ensuring smooth operations within our Sales department. The position is open in Malta and the prospective candidate will report to the Sales Manager for Malta.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process requests for quotations.


• Update quotations on our online platform.


• Negotiate rates with our principals abroad.


• Perform duties in a timely manner.


• Send quotations to customers as directed by sales executives.


• Assist sales executives as needed.

Minimum Skills and Attributes:

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.


• Proficiency in reading, comprehension, writing, and communicating in proper English.


• Overall IT savvy, with experience in using on-line applications.


• Fast learner with the ability to work on their own initiative.


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
