Field Service Engineer

Cherubino Ltd, is a well-established company in the healthcare field, representing a large number of well-known international brands.

Due to expansion, a new post has arisen, within the technical department for a fully-qualified Field Service Engineer (Technician).

The role will include:

• Manage onsite installations and service of new equipment.


• Planning daily travel schedule; investigating complaints and identifying solutions, conducting tests; resolving problems.


• Suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.


• Troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.


• Documenting service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.


• Produce timely and detailed service reports.


• Cooperate with the Technical team and share information across the organisation.

Training both locally and abroad will be provided.

Qualifications:

• Vocational training, MCAST degree, or any other related training.


• Newly qualified MCAST students / graduates are encouraged to apply.


• Any knowledge of CAD CAM design will be considered an asset.
