Sales Representative

Charles Grech & Company Limited is one of the leading companies in Malta dealing with the importation, distribution and retailing of the finest wines, beers, spirits and tobacco since 1881.

Reporting directly to the Tobacco Sales and Operations Manager, the selected applicant will act as the main link between the company and his / her assigned clients, promote and sell the company’s tobacco products and maintain a time schedule that adequately addresses the needs of the customer base.

Requirements:

• Full training will be provided however experience in a similar role is considered an asset.


• Must be organized and methodical in all work performed.


• Fluent in Maltese and English languages.


• To work flexible hours.


• O’ level standard of education.


• Good IT skills.


• Must be tactful when dealing with clients.


• Must be assertive and persuasive.

This role calls for a candidate who has excellent communication skills, a positive mindset and ready to work with a newly launched CRM. The ideal candidate must have a focused approach to work and the motivation to work in an ever-changing and highly competitive industry.
