As a Slot Attendant, you will be responsible for providing a fun, friendly and efficient service and sophisticated experience to our guests. Master your customer service skills and have fun on the job by explaining games and celebrating winnings.

If you are ready to:

• Develop, apply, and maintain a friendly and courteous rapport with customers and employees.


• Maintain clear and open communications with customers and managers / supervisors.


• Be knowledgeable of all casino events and promotions and ensure that guests receive exceptional service.


• Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies in an ethical manner.


• Available for all matters of customer assistance, including an explanation of machine play.
