We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Experience Officer to join our fun and dynamic team working at our front desk, to help us make our student's stay a memorable one!

Campus Hub is Malta’s only on Campus University Residence offering students a mix of room types with common areas, student lounges, a study room and a pool all included for exclusive use! All this along with a piazza open to the public boasting several outlets by some top local and international brands.

The Role
As part of the customer experience team and based at our front desk, you will be the first point of contact for all our guests and visitors. As part of the team, you will be the face of the company, taking and managing bookings, assisting with the creation and implementation of our activity calendar and helping with student queries amongst other things.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming and checking in new guests;
- Is the first point of contact for all our guests and visitors;
- Helping with student queries quickly and efficiently;
- Following up on complaints in a timely and efficient manner;
- Assists in the chasing of payments due by the students;
- Taking and managing accommodation bookings;
- Assisting with the allocation of clients to beds on our booking system;
- Assisting with the creation and implementation of our activity calendar;
- Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed;
- Assisting with the social media strategy of the company.
Person Specification (Skills; Knowledge; Experience; Attitude)
- Previous customer service experience;
- Positive can-do attitude;
- Excellent time-management, planning and organisation skills;
- Adept in problem-solving and conflict resolution;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
