Sales Assistants

Calzedonia - Europe’s largest hosiery and swimwear retailer is hiring Sales Assistants, full-time and part-time for it's new Calzedonia and Tezenis shops at the new Shoreline shopping centre.

You will be required to:

• Support the Area / Shop Manager and teams in all aspects of our stores' day-to-day operations;


• Lead, support and motivate stores to hit performance targets;


• Maintain our exceptional standards of customer service;


• Train and develop your team, with succession planning in mind;


• Help, and guide and implement training and development to grow your staff;


• Ensure standards of the brand, such as cleanliness and organisation, both on the shop floor and in the stockroom are adhered to;


• Manage your store’s KPI performance, inspiring your team to achieve their targets;


• Take accountability for the profit and loss of your store, ensuring costs are controlled and stock is managed accordingly.
