The opportunity
Are you ready to be part of an exciting new food concept? The ideal candidate for the role should have previous experience working in a steakhouse / Brazilian / barbecue kitchen.

Detailed knowledge of food skills is essential for this role as well as the ability in launching and adapting to a new food concept. It is also essential that you have a good command of English, demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to health and hygiene.

The applicant must have the below strengths:

• Understanding of menu and recipe development techniques
