We're on the lookout for a finance rockstar to join the Finance department of the bet-at-home Group, bringing both strategic insight and hands-on expertise.

In this role, you’ll be based in Malta and be part of the Controlling team based in Austria, supporting financial reporting and forecasting, while also building strong relationships with department heads.

Your challenges

  • Support the Controlling lead in company-wide budget plans

  • Produce monthly country-specific reports with insights on key cost drivers

  • Oversee marketing expense tracking

  • Manage the estimation and allocation of affiliate expenses

  • Provide regular cost updates and financial forecasts for the Marketing and CRM teams

  • Support financial analysis related to new market entries, campaigns, and promotional activities

  • Prepare daily, monthly, and advanced KPI reports for internal and external stakeholders

  • Contribute to the preparation of presentations for board-level discussions

  • Maintain and manage KPI reporting for our provider

  • Verify financial figures and support the ongoing development of new data platforms

  • Serve as a finance liaison for internal departments on economic or financial queries

  • Drive continuous improvement and development of financial controlling tools and processes

Your profile

  • A degree in Accountancy or Finance, and / or an ACCA qualification (or equivalent) is required

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, reforecasting, and financial reporting processes

  • Excellent Excel and data analysis skills
