bet365 are looking to recruit a Head of Casino to work closely with the Chief Product Officer to define the casino roadmap and contribute to the delivery of a best in class casino product.
As the Head of Casino, you will be responsible for planning and delivering the casino product strategy in conjunction with key stakeholders across the business.
You will be an experienced and passionate product head with a track record of managing and developing an online gaming product. You will be a proven leader who will motivate and inspire your team with a hands-on approach to the development of both the product and your team.
You will understand and be able to adapt to market and technology trends and will have a meticulous eye for improving user journeys and the overall user experience.
The Head of Casino is part of the gaming senior management team and will report directly to the Chief Product Officer, collaborating with stakeholders both internally and externally to help shape the future casino product at bet365.

- Financial and commercial acumen is preferred.
- A forward thinker with a passion for delivering the highest quality.
Main Responsibilities:
- Working closely and collaborating with internal teams to deliver agreed plans that will aid the business in delivering on its strategy.
- Leading and development of the casino product and Games Delivery team.
- Fostering a learning and development culture within the team to ensure the ongoing personal improvement of team members and the team as a whole.
- Ensuring product management best practices are adhered to at all times.
- Driving innovation by encouraging innovative thinking within the product team and across stakeholders.
- Managing third party supplier relationships at a strategic level.
