As a Senior Manager within bet365 Customer Due Diligence Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping compliance excellence at the world's favourite online gambling company.
We are looking for an operational leader with proven gaming industry management expertise, a passion for driving impactful change, and the skill to guide high-volume teams to make well-informed decisions, all while building strong compliance resilience and navigating the complexities of a 250+ FTE due diligence and safer gambling team.
Leading a team of customer due diligence and safer gambling managers, you will coordinate a unified approach to assessing regulatory compliance. Through continuous monitoring, reviewing and reporting on compliance, you will develop tactical plans to proactively implement operational controls and processes.
By reviewing the information presented and investigating accounts, you will make well-informed, risk-based decisions relating to source of funds / wealth and safer gambling to mitigate any ML/TF or SG concerns.
On a strategic level, you will be well versed in understanding the complexities of a multi-jurisdictional compliance function, playing an advisory role in projects and audits with regulatory and departmental impact.

- 5+ years within an operational / compliance management role in the gaming industry.
- Evidenced track record of making risk-based decisions.
- Emotional resilience, dynamism and adaptability.
- Ability to analyse processes and procedures and formulate proposals for improvements.
- Experience in leading a high-volume team.
- Ability to drive performance objectives within a management group.
- Demonstrated success in implementing employee engagement initiatives and talent retention strategies within diverse teams.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across all levels.
- Capacity to plan, prioritise and manage departmental needs.
- Formal AML/CTF or legal qualifications are advantageous.
Main Responsibilities:
- Continuously challenging, developing, enhancing and embedding the Group’s operational due diligence policies and procedures.
- Working with the Deputy Head of Customer Due Diligence Operations to set strategic, tactical, and operational goals for your teams.
- Analysing complex information to make risk-based decisions on customer accounts.
- Supervision and development of management, supporting their ongoing knowledge and growth.
- Acting as an internal consultant and subject matter expert to the wider business.
- Maintaining effective workforce management strategies and planning resources to support regulatory change and the growth of the business.
