As a Casino Coordinator, you will coordinate the delivery of the best-in-class casino and game products offered from our offices based in Malta.
The successful candidate will be working within the Gaming Product team and will coordinate a wide range of items to ensure the successful day-to-day operation of our Casino and Games Products.
You will also be working closely and building strong relationships with internal and external teams such as Compliance, Operational Development, Games Delivery, CRM, Operations Gaming Support and Design and Publishing, and 3rd party games providers
This position is available on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday. Relevant training will be provided for the successful applicant.

Main Responsibilities:
- Be the point of contact and drive improvements on the regulated market you will be given responsibility for.
- Coordinating scheduled game releases across UK / Com for the 3rd party providers you will be given responsibility for and the regulatory market you are responsible for.
- Contributing to the creation and suitability of the game’s roadmap.
- Monitoring and reporting on financial performance.
- Managing relationships with third party game providers.
- Assisting with the delivery of projects such as new provider integrations and regulatory market integrations.
- Working with the Games Delivery team to ensure games are tested in development and live environments in line with agreed testing scripts.
- Completing testing where needed, to ensure the user experience is put at the centre.
- Managing the team mailbox and responding to and actioning all appropriate emails
- Proactively completing competitor and country analysis on the regulatory market you are responsible for improving the bet365 offering and compiling reports with findings.
- Actively participating in the analysis and implementation of new product features.
