As part of its continuous growth, BOV is seeking to recruit individuals willing to work on an eight-hour shift basis (morning, afternoon, night) within the Bank’s Customer Service Centre.

Selected applicants will be required to:

  • Work on a shift basis;

  • Handle incoming calls in a professional manner;

  • Resolve customer issues;

  • Be customer-oriented and possess customer handling and problem-solving skills;

  • Be proactive and have an assertive personality;

  • Possess a pleasant personality and good communication skills;

  • Be flexible to accommodate business requirements.


This post is open to candidates in possession of a minimum of six O’ levels (including Maltese, English and Mathematics) as well as one A’ level. Other equivalent qualifications will be considered.

An attractive remuneration package which includes a monthly shift allowance will be offered in line with the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend for an interview.
