Senior Accounts Executive

Attard & Co Food Ltd is seeking to employ a Senior Accounts Executive to join their Finance Department. The prospective candidate will answer directly to the Group Finance Manager while being responsible for leading and mentoring the finance team.

The duties will include:

• Assisting with the monthly and yearly closing of accounts


• Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts


• Bank reconciliations


• Assisting with VAT returns preparation


• Assisting with preparing yearly budgets


• Assisting in other accounting duties as may be requested

Education and experience:

• Previous experience in a similar position would be an asset


• Good communication skills and attention to detail


• Meticulous, organised and able to work on his / her own initiative


• Computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite
