Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing medical devices and equipment.
- Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, including safety and quality compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and reduce lead times.
- Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards in order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and improve standard operating procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.
- Monitor equipment and maintenance schedules to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Qualified in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of inventory control, WMS, and logistics processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in healthcare or medical device warehousing is a plus.
