Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Warehouse team. This position is critical to maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring timely distribution, and upholding quality standards across all warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and inventory management, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to supporting healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing medical devices and equipment.


• Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, including safety and quality compliance standards.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).


• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and reduce lead times.


• Lead, train, and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high standards in order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.


• Implement and improve standard operating procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize errors.


• Monitor equipment and maintenance schedules to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Qualified in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.


• Strong understanding of inventory control, WMS, and logistics processes.


• Excellent leadership and team management skills.


• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in healthcare or medical device warehousing is a plus.
