We are currently seeking to recruit a full-time HR Administrator to join Arkadia’s growing team in HR. The selected candidate will report to the Head of HR and assist the team with the overall upkeep of administrative tasks.

The HR Administrator is responsible to perform the administrative work within the HR function including filing, preparation of documents, employee relations and submission of reports.

Duties and Responsibilities
This is not intended as a comprehensive list; it is intended to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities. Incumbent(s) may not be required to perform all duties listed, and may be required to perform additional, position-specific tasks.

  • Create and maintain employee personal files

  • Create and maintain updated the payroll system and other HR IT-related systems with employee information in a timely fashion

  • Coordinates various HR processes as directed, and generates appropriate follow-up documentation as required such as induction packs and termination calculations

  • Prepare periodic and ad hoc HR reports.

  • Liaise with Jobsplus including the submission of engagement and termination forms

  • Act as the first HR contact person by assisting employees with the interpretation of routine HR policies, procedures, and practices, while exercising the highest degree of confidentiality.

  • Cross-functional HR support according to business exigencies

  • Keep employee subscriptions in the company health insurance scheme updated.

  • Other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements and Competencies

  • An A' level standard of education.

  • IT literate preferably ECDL certified.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Working independently or as a member of a team.

  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with others.

  • Organizing and prioritizing multiple duties and working within time constraints.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of data.


Training for this role shall be provided, however, previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.
