Project Manager

Archimed Projects is part of Archimed Group and considered as one of the Maltese leading building contractors undertaking Capital Development Projects for the Maltese Government, Private Corporate entities, Private Investors, and its sister Real Estate company.

Established in 1998, Archimed Projects has been experiencing an unstoppable growing and dynamic hub specialising in total complete building services, encompassing building construction, mechanical and electrical installation, and complete finishing works until handing over of keys.

As part of our successful growth, a vacancy for a Project Manager - development projects / building industry, has arisen to join us for our upcoming projects.

Main Requirements:

• Planning every project with a comprehensive project plan and setting up realistic timelines for completion.


• Monitoring the working progress, timelines and benchmarks.


• Setting up risk management programs.


• Conduct quality control on-site and keep monitoring at every stage.


• Conduct budget cost per project and keep constant monitoring of cost on every project at all times.


• Keep all stakeholders in a constant communication loop and maintain a healthy relationship.


• Be a doer and result oriented.


• Be self-motivated and proactive in taking actions.

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Holding any qualification in civil engineering, architecture, or project management would be an asset.


• Must have a minimum of 7 years experience of similar post and be fluent in Maltese and English.
