Digital Marketing Manager

Archimed Group is considered as one of the Maltese leading building contractors undertaking Capital Development Projects for the Maltese government, private corporate entities, private investors, and its sister real estate company. Established in 1998, Archimed Projects has been experiencing an unstoppable growing and dynamic hub specialising in a total complete building services, encompassing building construction, mechanical and electrical installation, and a complete finishing works until handing over of keys. As part of our successful growth, another job vacancy has arisen to join our marketing department as a Digital Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Promotion and positioning of the brands portfolio


• Increase brands awareness and promote various projects within the group portfolio


• Websites management


• Develop creative content


• Social media management


• Data analytics


• PR and corporate communications


• Planning layouts and visuals


• Liaising with internal teams to deliver creatives campaigns


• Helping turn ideas and messages into visuals through the designing of artworks


• Creating and executing marketing campaigns


• Presenting work to management and making changes to a project or campaign’s direction as needed

The ideal candidate should:

• Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role


• Be goal-oriented, flexible and creative


• Have good knowledge of current marketing trends and social media platforms


• Have the ability to understand and analyse trends


• Have good knowledge of PPC campaigns, monitor reports, and ROI


• Proficient in the use of design tools such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator


• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Moz Keyword Explorer, etc.)


• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript development and constraints and website design


• Experience in staying ahead of the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
